Senior Account Director, Strategic DSP Partnerships role based in New York. Lead strategic DSP partnerships and revenue growth across open web and CTV. Responsibilities include creating DSP playbook, managing Tier-1 DSP and sell-side relationships, driving brief-to-activation processes, leading agency dialogues, designing marketplaces and SPO strategies, and representing Seedtag at C-level and industry events. Requires 10+ years in programmatic ecosystem with SSP/DSP experience, enterprise sales skills, deep technical knowledge of OpenRTB, SPO, Deal-ID workflows, and identity frameworks like UID2.0. Must have executive presence and cross-team leadership ability. Full-time position with hybrid work model. Compensation includes base salary $160,000–$180,000, target bonus $160,000–$180,000, total OTE $320,000–$360,000. What you'll do
- Create and own the strategic DSP partnerships playbook
- Execute growth strategy across open web and CTV
- Lead commercial relationships with Tier-1 DSPs, sell-side teams, and curator community
- Serve DSP inventory managers, sellers, and clients with bespoke audiences and services
- Manage the brief-to-activation journey and self-service troubleshooting
- Lead senior agency dialogues to align client, agency, and DSP interests
- Design and scale bespoke Marketplaces, PMPs, and SPO strategies
- Own and grow C-level relationships across DSPs, agencies, and holding companies
- Represent Seedtag at industry events and in the programmatic community
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Yield, Revenue Operations, and Engineering
- Carry a revenue target and use data fluency to identify yield opportunities and improve auction win rates
Requirements
- 10+ years in the programmatic ecosystem with SSP/Exchange or DSP partnership experience
- Proven enterprise sales experience selling to DSP, agency, and curation stakeholders
- Ability to carry a quota, build pipeline, and close strategic partnerships
- Granular understanding of OpenRTB, auction dynamics, SPO, curation/Deal-ID workflows, and evolving identity frameworks such as UID2.0
- Comfortable owning C-suite relationships and representing the business externally
- Strong executive storytelling and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams in a matrixed environment
