Full job description

Senior Account Director role at Magnite responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic OTT/CTV publishers in India. The role involves driving revenue through new and existing partnerships using Magnite’s SSP and Ad Serving platforms. Responsibilities include building relationships with senior stakeholders, developing account strategies, meeting revenue goals, advising partners on ad-tech solutions, and collaborating with global product teams. Requires minimum 6 years experience in digital advertising with publishers, networks, SSPs/DSPs, strong presentation and multitasking skills, and comfort with sales targets. Hybrid work schedule with two remote days (Monday, Friday) and three in-office days (Tuesday to Thursday). What you'll do

  • Build and own relationships with largest and most strategic OTT / CTV publishers in India
  • Identify, build, and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-suite
  • Develop business and account strategies to advance partnerships
  • Deliver against revenue goals by developing new partnerships and upselling existing ones
  • Become a trusted advisor and go-to person for anything AdTech
  • Guide publishers to extract best value from existing ad-tech setups and evolve them
  • Understand evolving ad tech ecosystem to guide company’s business strategy and growth
  • Partner with global product teams to localize strategy and execution plans for Indian publishers
  • Capture and relay product feedback from partners to Magnite stakeholders
  • Be an active and positive presence within Magnite India

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in online digital space with premium publishers, networks, SSPs/DSPs, and exchange platforms
  • Ability to understand and present complex products and deal structures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills for small and large groups including industry events
  • Ability to engage in detailed conversations and build relationships with clients of all seniority levels
  • Ability to manage large amounts of information, multi-stakeholder projects and administrative processes
  • Detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with sales, revenue, and activity targets
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
