Senior Account Director role focused on Digital Transformation client leadership. Responsible for managing 1-3 digital transformation clients, ensuring relationship health, commercial performance, and client experience quality. Requires 10+ years in account management or client services in digital agencies, consulting, or technology services. Experience with digital transformation projects including web/mobile app development, UX, commerce platforms, and enterprise technology. Strong commercial skills including revenue forecasting and scope management. Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with content management and commerce platforms. Role involves building client relationships, managing complex stakeholders, owning account commercial health, contributing to retention and growth, and mentoring junior team members. Position is full-time, hybrid work model based in New York, NY. Salary range $136,850 - $158,750 plus discretionary incentives.
