Email Account Coordinator responsible for executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and providing quality campaign execution service. Key duties include driving email and production execution, coordinating meetings, tracking jobs, managing account documentation, prioritizing multiple campaigns, supporting client marketing strategies, producing error-free work, upskilling in relevant platforms, and monitoring campaign metrics. Requires 2+ years client services/account management experience in advertising or marketing, knowledge of creative development, digital marketing, email platforms, client management, multitasking skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, and a bachelor's degree. Experience with marketing automation platforms and Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus. Position is full-time, hybrid remote with office attendance expected for employees near hub offices.
