Full job description
Seeking a Senior SEM Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join the team in Madrid. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing SEM campaigns, identifying client needs and business opportunities, creating reports and strategic proposals, and building client relationships. Required skills include experience with Google Ads full funnel campaigns, GA4, Google Merchant Center Next, Search Ads 360, Excel/Spreadsheet, and Looker Studio. Preferred skills include app analytics tools (Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer), Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Tag Manager, certifications in Google Ads/GA4, and fluency in English. The role offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, hybrid work model (2 days remote per week), intensive Fridays in summer, vacation days, birthday off, continuous training, team activities, English classes, gym agreement, and flexible compensation benefits.
