Full job description

Adsmurai seeks a SEM Specialist to join their Barcelona team. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, managing and optimizing SEM campaigns, creating reports and strategic proposals, and building client relationships. Candidates must have at least four years of SEM campaign management experience, proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Merchant Center Next, Excel/Spreadsheet, and Looker Studio. Preferred skills include Search Ads 360, Amazon Ads, app analytics tools, Bing Ads, Google Tag Manager, and certifications in Google Ads or GA4. English fluency and additional languages are a plus. What you'll do

  • Identify client needs, problems, and opportunities, offering solutions to improve their accounts
  • Detect and leverage business opportunities (up selling/cross selling)
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns based on insights
  • Create reports and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis based on results
  • Create and present strategic proposals to clients and potential clients
  • Build strong relationships with client teams

Requirements

  • Strategic mindset with analytical skills and enjoyment working with data
  • Experience managing full funnel campaigns in Google Ads
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Merchant Center Next
  • Demonstrable experience in Excel/Spreadsheet
  • At least four years of experience managing SEM campaigns
  • Experience creating automated reports and dashboards using Looker Studio
  • Experience with Search Ads 360 and Amazon Ads (preferred)
  • Knowledge of App Analytics tools like Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer (preferred)
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Bing Ads and/or Amazon Ads (preferred)
  • Google Ads and/or GA4 certifications (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (preferred)
  • Advanced use of measurement and attribution tools like Google Analytics 4, Floodlights, and other integrated systems
  • International mindset and fluency in English (spoken and written) is a plus
  • Additional languages are valued (Russian, Italian, French, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and practical approach
  • Experience leading teams and/or training colleagues
