Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience working in a GSOC/Security Specialist role
Advanced proficiency with security software and technologies including Avigilon Alta, OpenPath, Ava Aware, Lenel, Ccure, Milestone, Genetec, or similar systems
Proficient in Word, Excel, JIRA, Gmail, and Google Workspace applications
California Security Guard license is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact confidently with all levels of employees and visitors maintaining a polished and professional demeanor
Strong aptitude for staying focused and organized in a fast-paced environment with superior multi-tasking ability
Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse group of staff
Preferred prior work experience in a high-tech and/or start-up environment
Flexibility to adjust scheduling to support special events staffing and provide emergency coverage in a 24/7 environment when necessary
