Full job description
Pacvue seeks a Senior Scaled Customer Success Manager focused on Ads to manage digital and 1:Many customer success strategies for Helium 10 Ads and Amazon Seller Central advertising solutions. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers, building scaled engagement strategies, managing direct customer relationships, analyzing ad performance data, and collaborating with product and marketing teams. Requires 5+ years experience in customer success or account management, expertise with Amazon Seller Central Ads and Helium 10 Ads, strong data literacy, and excellent communication skills. Salary range $85,000-$90,000 plus bonus.
