Full job description

Looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultants to join a talent community for future openings. Role involves implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building and optimizing customer journeys and marketing campaigns, working with customer data for segmentation and data modeling, creating content personalization with AMPscript, automating processes, advising clients, and conducting workshops. Requires 1+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, good knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and familiarity with digital marketing concepts. JavaScript and API experience are a plus. Position is hybrid based with offices in Czech Republic, Portugal, and Serbia.

What you'll do

  • Work on projects to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for clients
  • Build, test, execute and optimise customer journeys and marketing campaigns
  • Work with customer data to create segments and data models that meet client requirements
  • Create content personalisation using AMPscript
  • Automate processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Advise and consult clients to maximize platform use
  • Conduct workshops with project partners

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Team player with a friendly attitude
  • Ready to accept new challenges and not looking for routine work
  • Used to communication of technical aspects to internal and client teams
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, IP warm-up, Audience Segmentation, Omnichannel Customer Journeys, Data Modelling
  • Nice to have: JavaScript, experience working with APIs and Postman
