Full job description

Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise business applications such as NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, and Gong using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools like Workato. Serve as a Salesforce expert for troubleshooting, data architecture advice, and light administration. Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to implement scalable integration workflows. Troubleshoot integration issues, document architecture and data flows, and coordinate with SaaS vendors and Salesforce release management. Requires 3-5 years of integration development experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, Workato or similar iPaaS expertise, and familiarity with enterprise business applications and integration methods. Salesforce and integration platform certifications are a plus.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise business applications
  • Serve as Salesforce subject-matter expert for troubleshooting, advising on data architecture, and light administration
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to translate business processes into integration workflows
  • Build and maintain integrations in Workato or similar iPaaS platforms
  • Troubleshoot and debug integration issues across cloud applications
  • Document integration architecture, data flows, and design decisions
  • Work with SaaS vendor support teams to resolve technical issues
  • Support Salesforce release management and coordinate integration testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in integration development
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce application and data structure
  • Some Salesforce administration experience
  • Proven expertise building integrations using Workato or comparable iPaaS platform
  • Familiarity with enterprise business applications like NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong
  • Strong knowledge of integration methods: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, pub/sub, event-driven architecture, ETL/data transformation
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, API keys)
  • Experience with event-driven/messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Salesforce certifications and/or integration platform certifications are a plus
