StackAdapt is hiring a mid-level Salesforce Developer to join the SaaS IT Business Applications team. The role involves building, maintaining, and improving Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, integrating SaaS sales enablement applications, and supporting system architecture and governance. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and integration tools like Workato or Mulesoft. Responsibilities include development, testing, deployment, support, security governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce certifications are preferred. The position is full-time and remote, based in Toronto, Canada, with a salary range of $64,000 to $76,000 CAD. What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, debug and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud and Sales Enablement business processes and system integrations
- Build and deploy SaaS system integrations, workflows, and architecture to scale and automate Lead to Cash process
- Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize Salesforce and other Sales & Marketing SaaS applications
- Provide application support and technical administration of Sales & Marketing SaaS applications
- Optimize system architecture, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions
- Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builder flows, page layouts, apps, report types, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, roles
- Manage operational and reporting requests including customer analysis and troubleshooting
- Implement and govern security related to profiles, permission sets, role-based access, sharing settings, and login policies
- Plan and deploy Salesforce releases and SaaS application patches/updates
- Work with SaaS vendor support to resolve technical problems
- Create technical documentation such as best practice guides, release notes, and design documents
- Configure, test, and optimize prompt templates, AI actions, and agent behaviors using CRM data, flows, Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities
- Proactively monitor SaaS applications to improve availability, quality, and performance, ensuring SLAs and participating in on-call support
- Support Data Cloud-connected use cases to improve AI readiness and customer data quality
Requirements
- 3-5 years of strong technical experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience with Sales enablement SaaS applications such as Salesloft, Gong, GuideCX, DealHubCPQ, ZoomInfo
- Technical background in application integration tools (Workato, Zapier, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft) and native APIs
- Expertise in developing Lightning Components with CSS and Design Parameters
- Programming experience in APEX, VF Page, LWC, Aura Component development, SSJS, SQL, AMPscript, SOQL-SOSL
- Experience with Lightning Process builder flows, workflow rules, Connect API and Quick Action
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform features and CRM concepts
- Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes
- Motivated self-starter and quick learner able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodology
- Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I or II, App Builder or Administrator preferred
