Full job description

Merkle is seeking junior Salesforce Consultants to join their Talent Community for offices in Czech Republic, Portugal, and Serbia. Responsibilities include analyzing client domains, leading project delivery, translating business needs into technical requirements, advising on digital implementations, designing CRM solutions, discussing development requirements, and collaborating with teams. Candidates should have 1+ years experience preferably in Salesforce CRM, fluency in English, knowledge of UML and SCRUM, and development experience in APEX, frontend technologies, and Git is a plus. The role requires strong communication skills and flexibility. Benefits include international team experience, growth opportunities, and an agile work environment. What you'll do

  • Analyze client's domain to understand pain points and propose solutions
  • Assure project success by gaining client trust and leading project delivery with the team
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Advise clients on digital implementations and strategy as a subject matter expert
  • Deliver high-level design of the target solution including CRM administration participation
  • Discuss custom development requirements with development team
  • Oversee project delivery together with project manager
  • Be a core team member of project execution regardless of method
  • Exchange ideas with internal team
  • Learn, improve, and share knowledge to become a Salesforce Trailblazer

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience (preferably in Salesforce CRM)
  • Excellent fluency in English
  • Knowledge of UML and SCRUM methodology
  • Development experience in APEX, frontend technologies and Git is an advantage
  • Understanding the importance of on-time delivery
  • Hands-on, proactive, and flexible
  • Good communication and presentation skills directly to customers
  • Knowledge of Czech, German or French is a plus
