Perform QA activities for multiple eCommerce initiatives based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Define and implement test strategies, plans, and defect tracking. Collaborate with teams to translate business goals into quality benchmarks. Review and optimize test cases for coverage and efficiency. Use Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and related tools. Report and track quality metrics, ensuring release timelines. Participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning. Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications. Experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations (CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS, USPS, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, Einstein). Experience with shipping methods/configuration and different viewport executions. Requires 5+ years QA experience with 2+ years in QA role, strong SFCC platform knowledge, e-commerce domain understanding, Agile/Scrum experience, familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail), strong analytical and communication skills. Automation testing exposure is a plus.
