Full job description
MNTN is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Business Analyst to work with Revenue teams, RevOps product managers, and Salesforce build teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting requirements, creating user stories with acceptance criteria, managing the intake queue, conducting UAT, tracking delivery progress, maintaining documentation, and performing light Salesforce configuration. Candidates should have 3-5 years of business analyst experience in Salesforce or RevOps environments, strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills, working knowledge of Salesforce and its automation, experience with UAT and stakeholder management, and familiarity with request intake processes and Salesforce release mechanics. Knowledge of GTM stack tools and RevOps processes is a plus. This is a full-time remote role.

- Partner with RevOps and stakeholders across sales, CS, and marketing ops to elicit, challenge, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria and map current and future-state processes
