Salesforce Business Analyst role in New York office partnering with Sales and Account Management to design, configure, and improve scalable CRM workflows and business systems. Requires 2-5+ years experience with Salesforce platform, Salesforce Flows, and declarative automation. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing scalable workflows, implementing Generative AI use cases, managing system enhancements, and collaborating cross-functionally. Bonus for Salesforce certifications, GenAI solution experience, SQL/SOQL knowledge, and scripting skills. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. What you'll do
- Partner with global business stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
- Design, configure, and maintain workflows, automations, and business processes within Salesforce and related business applications
- Evaluate and implement practical Generative AI use cases to improve business users' productivity and workflow efficiency
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience across business systems
- Manage system enhancements through the entire lifecycle: discovery, testing, rollout, documentation, and user support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global Information Systems, RevOps, and business stakeholders on high-impact initiatives
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Implementer with a deep understanding of the platform
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and a strong technical grasp of declarative automation
- Proven track record designing and implementing scalable workflows, automations, or business process improvements within CRM platforms
- Strong core BA skills, including experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical system solutions
- Solid business acumen, with a strong understanding of sales or go-to-market (GTM) processes and how systems support operational efficiency
- Enthusiasm for innovation, specifically around Generative AI tools and how they can improve business workflows and productivity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical mindset combined with excellent self-learning abilities
- Autonomy and adaptability, with the ability to take ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with a manager and team based in a different time zone
- Salesforce certifications (bonus)
- Experience building GenAI solutions for business processes using Agentforce or other AI tools (bonus)
- Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting (bonus)
- Exposure to low-code/no-code automation tools or light scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript) (bonus)
