Full job description

Senior Salesforce B2B Commerce Engineer responsible for leading development of complex software solutions in Salesforce B2B Commerce. Tasks include designing and customizing storefronts, implementing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, integrating with ERPs, payment gateways, shipping systems, and external APIs. Role involves troubleshooting, ensuring platform performance, mentoring junior engineers, maintaining software architecture documentation, participating in project planning, and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design and development of complex digital solutions in Salesforce B2B Commerce
  • Develop and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce storefronts including catalog structure, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, and buyer accounts
  • Implement and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration services
  • Build and optimize complex product models, entitlements, workflows, and order processes in B2B Commerce
  • Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with ERPs, payment gateways, shipping systems, and external APIs
  • Troubleshoot code, fix defects, and ensure platform performance and scalability
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team
  • Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team processes in the company

Requirements

  • Experience leading development of complex software solutions in Salesforce B2B Commerce
  • Ability to develop and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce storefronts including catalog structure, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, and buyer accounts
  • Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration services
  • Experience building and optimizing complex product models, entitlements, workflows, and order processes in B2B Commerce
  • Experience integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce with ERPs, payment gateways, shipping systems, and external APIs
  • Ability to troubleshoot code, fix defects, and ensure platform performance and scalability
  • Experience providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Ability to ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the software development lifecycle
  • Experience developing and maintaining software architecture documentation
