Full job description

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM systems to improve business processes and customer interactions. Requires deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), system design, integration, and customization. Lead technical teams during implementations, design scalable CRM architectures, optimize digital platforms, maintain documentation, and ensure architectural consistency. Provide mentorship, review code, collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical designs, and stay updated on industry trends. Experience with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, version control, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), GDPR and CCPA compliance, scripting (Apex, JavaScript, .NET, C#), API integrations, data analysis (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and customer data management required.
