Full job description
Join Vibe's GTM Operations team to build and maintain the Salesforce instance used by Sales, SDRs, CSMs, and AMs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining Salesforce flows, managing admin tasks, fixing data issues, monitoring integrations with GTM tools, triaging issues, and partnering with business teams to scope and deliver system improvements. Use AI tools to enhance Salesforce administration. Requires 2-4 years Salesforce admin experience, Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent, experience with Salesforce flows, familiarity with GTM tool integrations, and U.S. work authorization. Benefits include variable pay, full health coverage, 401(k) matching, flexible PTO, hybrid work in Flatiron office, parental leave, and annual offsite. Salary range for New York candidates is $125,000–$175,000 base plus variable.
