Full job description
InMobi Advertising seeks a Salesforce Administrator (L2) with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to join the Revenue Operations team in Bangalore on-site. The role involves managing Salesforce platform administration, security, automation, configuration, reporting, data management, release management, and stakeholder support. Key tasks include user and security management, CRM maintenance, advanced Flow Builder automation, legacy workflow migration, report/dashboard creation, data hygiene, sandbox and deployment management, tier-2 support, and end-user training. Required skills include strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Flow Builder, Salesforce security model, Data Loader, reporting, and communication. Certification required: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201). Preferred skills include advanced Salesforce certifications, exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components, middleware tools, DevOps/CI-CD tools, and familiarity with programmatic advertising and AI-driven Salesforce Agentforce. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
What you'll do
- Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets/groups, public groups, queues, and sharing rules
- Maintain Org-Wide Defaults, record-level security, and field-level security
- Administer Sales/Service Cloud components including standard/custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
- Manage Lightning App Builder, Lightning record pages, and dynamic forms
- Monitor storage limits, login history, and security health checks
- Design, build, and optimize screen flows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, and autolaunched flows
- Lead migration of legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to Flows
- Configure approval processes, email alerts, custom notifications, assignment rules, complex formulas, and roll-up summaries
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, custom report types, and list views
- Perform mass data operations using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Workbench
- Lead deduplication efforts, validation rules enforcement, and data quality audits
- Manage sandbox refreshes, staging environments, and User Acceptance Testing
- Deploy changes via Change Sets or modern deployment tooling
- Triage and resolve tier-2 platform support tickets within SLAs
- Conduct end-user training, build SOPs in Confluence, and translate business requirements into technical documentation
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience within a mid-to-large scale instance
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud (Service Cloud is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency with Flow Builder including debugging and optimization
- Mastery of the Salesforce security model
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader and bulk data operations
- Strong reporting skills including matrix/joined reports, custom report types, and bucket fields
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
