Full job description
Sales Planner role based in Metro Manila reporting to Team Leader. Responsible for sales planning to support client acquisition growth and client satisfaction across JAPAC region. Key duties include delivering proposals within RFP deadlines, managing deadlines and priorities, ensuring quality assurance and accurate campaign setup and reporting, collaborating with Sales and Trading teams, communicating effectively internally and externally, and strategizing with Sales Leads to grow business. Requires at least 2 years experience in sales planning or sales support in digital media, strong organization, communication skills, proactive attitude, and alignment with company values. What you'll do
- Craft and deliver accurate and thorough proposals within the RFP deadline
- Manage different deadlines and priorities to accomplish tasks on time and to a high quality
- Ensure high attention to detail and timeline orientation to meet goals of local teams and clients
- Play key role in post-approval campaign bookings, set-up and resources to ensure client activity is launched efficiently and accurately
- Support both standard and advanced reporting to ensure client activity is reported efficiently and accurately
- Create and adhere to processes that mitigate errors and improve accuracy, proactively resolve data discrepancies
- Partner with Sales and Trading teams to customize MiQ’s product suite and capabilities to client needs
- Build relationships and work across internal stakeholders to find solutions
- Communicate clearly to internal teammates and stakeholders, flex communication style to influence positive outcomes
- Master MiQ product capabilities and stay updated on industry trends
- Strategize with Sales Leads in pre-sale periods to grow and develop existing client business and win new business
- Act with curiosity to find new ways of working or improvements
Requirements
- At least 2 years sales planning or sales support experience in digital media
- High level of organisation and conscientiousness
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive
- Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture
- Can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Experience working in regional hub > local market partnership an advantage
