Full job description

Sales Operations Data Analyst Intern position at Criteo in Barcelona, Spain. Full-time internship requiring a 6-month internship agreement from school. Role supports EMEA Sales Strategy Team focusing on sales and account management performance evaluation, process improvements, and strategy. Responsibilities include supporting business cadence processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce and Sales Solutions, business performance reviews, and new business strategy support. Requirements include fluent English, advanced Excel, interest or proficiency in SQL and programming, analysis and statistics skills, cross-functional collaboration, process implementation expertise, autonomy, and attention to detail. What you'll do

  • Support EMEA in all processes linked to regular business cadence (quarterly business planning, monthly pipeline reviews)
  • Ensure data accuracy in all processes
  • Support weekly and monthly business performance review, challenge teams and track progress on priorities
  • Support accurate data input and adoption of Sales Solutions and Sales Effectiveness Processes
  • Ensure data integrity of Salesforce and other Sales Solutions
  • Support new business territory sizing and new business strategy & action plan

Requirements

  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong proficiency or keen interest in technical skills such as SQL, programming languages
  • Interest and proficiency in analysis and statistics
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional facilitation and collaboration in a matrix organization
  • Ability to foster positive relationships to achieve organizational goals in a multicultural environment
  • Expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes
  • Capacity to work autonomously, with meticulous attention to detail, and a high sense of prioritization
  • School must provide a 6-month internship agreement
