Full job description
Taptica is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager Team Lead with 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience in user acquisition or performance-driven solutions within AdTech, DSP, or mobile advertising networks. The role involves expanding the international portfolio of app developers and mobile advertisers, securing high-value UA budgets, and establishing long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include managing and leading the sales team, closing and negotiating UA campaign contracts, building a sales pipeline, identifying upselling opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. Requirements include strong negotiation skills, experience with mobile app growth landscape, excellent communication in English and Hebrew, and prior leadership experience preferred. The position is full-time and hybrid, located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
