Full job description
Taptica seeks a Sales Manager Team Lead with 1-3 years B2B sales experience in user acquisition or performance-driven solutions within AdTech, DSP, or mobile ad networks. The role involves expanding international app developer and advertiser portfolios, securing high-value UA budgets, and managing the sales team to meet revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing sales relationships, leading the sales team, closing UA campaign contracts, building a sales pipeline, identifying upsell opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. Required skills include strong negotiation, communication in English and Hebrew, proactive performance focus, account growth expertise, client-side understanding, and preferably leadership experience. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage high-level sales relationships with mobile growth leaders, user acquisition managers, and performance marketing budget holders at international companies
- Manage and lead the Sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight
