Full job description

RTB House is seeking a mid-level full-time sales professional based in Seoul, South Korea. The role involves identifying and converting new sales opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, building relationships with key decision-makers, collaborating with internal teams, meeting revenue goals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, CRM experience, and knowledge of online advertising, performance marketing, and RTB models. Business-level English and Korean are required.

What you'll do

  • Identify new sales opportunities (direct and agencies) and convert them into RTB House customers
  • Acquire, build, and grow accounts by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers of advertisers and within the advertising/media agencies environment
  • Work closely with marketing, account management, and technical teams to ensure unified vision when corresponding with customers
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals accordingly to the sales plan and comprehensively expand portfolio of RTB House’s new customers
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-year sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Good communicator and work successfully within a team environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
  • Successful experience utilizing CRM to manage sales pipeline
  • Good understanding of the online advertising industry, performance marketing, and RTB model
  • Business level English and Korean
