Full job description
RTB House is seeking a mid-level full-time sales professional based in Barcelona, Spain, with a hybrid remote/on-site work model. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engaging with senior decision-makers, collaborating with technical and account teams, and contributing to growth in the Nordics region. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, strong analytical and communication skills in Swedish and English (C1+). What you'll do
- Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with some of the biggest e-commerce brands in the region
- Engage with decision-makers across all seniority levels on the client side
- Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success
- Contribute to growth as a digital market leader in the Nordics region
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and acquire new business while reporting on sales process status for potential new customers
- Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels
- Participate in major industry events
Requirements
- Experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, selling complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams with a consultative selling approach
- Knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, ideally paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (C1 or above)
