Full job description

Equativ seeks a senior Sales Manager to grow managed advertising business in Latin America, focusing on Mexico and key regional markets. The role involves owning and exceeding individual revenue quotas, developing relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers, managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, identifying upsell opportunities, representing the company at events, maintaining CRM pipeline and forecasting, and providing market intelligence. Requirements include 5-8 years of digital advertising sales experience, proven sales quota achievement, strong network in Mexico and LATAM, understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic, display, video, CTV, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and fluency in Spanish and English. Nice to have experience with SSPs, DSPs, publisher monetization platforms, C-level contacts, regional LATAM roles, and familiarity with CTV/streaming advertising. What you'll do

  • Own and exceed an individual revenue quota across Mexico and assigned LATAM markets
  • Develop and grow relationships with media agencies (GroupM, Publicis, Havas, IPG, Omnicom) and direct advertisers across key verticals
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Account Management, Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent Equativ at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to support regional strategy

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably in ad tech, programmatic, or media
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas in a B2B environment
  • Strong network within media agencies and/or direct advertisers in Mexico; regional contacts across LATAM are a plus
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: programmatic, display, video, CTV, and managed services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
