Full job description

Teads is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Agency Sales team in Germany. The candidate must have 5+ years experience selling media to media agencies, preferably with a strong network in the German media agency landscape (especially Publicis). Responsibilities include driving revenue from existing clients and new prospects, maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing consulting and media recommendations, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting quarterly revenue targets. The role offers a hybrid work model with 3 office days and nomad days, weekly meal allowance, and a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll do

  • Drive revenue across your agency patch focussing on both existing clients and new prospects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and agencies
  • Identify new business opportunities within your agency patch
  • Provide a strong consulting dimension and an excellent-quality service
  • Propose relevant media recommendations adapted to your clients' needs
  • Work in close collaboration with the various internal areas of expertise (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform) to best meet client requirements
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
  • Responsible in hitting and outperforming quarterly revenue target

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling media to media agencies
  • Relentless revenue and customer focus to drive existing and new revenue across the agency patch
  • Strong network within the German media agency landscape (preferably Publicis)
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to close larger deals
  • Strong analytical, solution-driven and self-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team
