Full job description

Seeking a Sales Manager to join the Revenue & Operations team in Istanbul. Reporting to the Country Manager, Turkey, responsible for securing new profitable customers by targeting small to medium-sized clients including advertisers, independent agencies, and publishers. Hybrid role combining sales focus with managing and growing an existing account portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting leads, executing sales strategy, managing opportunities, translating client needs into Adform products, gathering competitor intelligence, maintaining sales pipeline, keeping records in Salesforce, and handing over to account management. Requirements include 7+ years sales experience in media or adtech, strong financial acumen, proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft products, and experience managing client portfolios. What you'll do

  • Prospect and convert leads by attending industry events, networking, and identifying opportunities
  • Plan and execute a sales strategy to build a pipeline and win new customers, achieving sales targets
  • Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding
  • Translate client needs into Adform products, negotiating win-win value for both Adform and the customer
  • Gather competitor intelligence to highlight Adform's unique selling points and create valuable differentiation
  • Maintain healthy sales velocity and a strong pipeline
  • Keep accurate, real-time records in Salesforce
  • Deliver high-quality handovers to account management colleagues

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, specifically in media or advertising technology
  • Strong Financial Acumen
  • Adtech knowledge is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent opportunity management tool) with a track record of maintaining diligent records
  • Competence in Excel and working with numbers
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Experience managing your own client portfolio is a plus
  • Eagerness to develop sales skills with regular coaching
  • Patience and adaptability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams across cultures and regions
