Full job description

Sales Manager role based in Watermael-Boitsfort, Belgium. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth by selling digital advertising solutions to media agencies and advertisers, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, expanding market footprint, positioning contextual advertising solutions, delivering pitches, identifying new revenue opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining sales pipeline and forecasting, and contributing to team culture. Requires 3-5 years sales experience in digital advertising, strong knowledge of digital media industry, proven agency network, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and native-level French or Dutch and English. What you'll do

  • Drive revenue growth by selling digital advertising solutions directly to media agencies and advertisers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency and client stakeholders
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow portfolio and unlock new business opportunities
  • Leverage existing network and market knowledge to expand footprint in the Belgian market
  • Position contextual advertising solutions as a key part of clients’ media strategies
  • Deliver compelling, insight-led pitches showcasing technology, innovation, and value proposition
  • Identify and convert new revenue opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting, consistently working towards ambitious revenue targets
  • Contribute to the collaborative and dynamic culture of the Belgium Sales Team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales within the digital advertising industry
  • Good level of knowledge of the digital media industry
  • Proven track record of building a network of agency customers
  • Ability to represent Seedtag and build relationships and partnerships with agency customers
  • Strategic thinking to identify opportunities and demonstrate benefits of Seedtag solutions
  • Ability to generate excitement about the digital advertising platform and increase product sales
  • Build a reputation for service, support, insight and knowledge as main point of contact within agencies
  • Develop deep understanding of agencies across clients, verticals and internal teams (programmatic, planning, trading, buying)
  • Identify new business opportunities and ways of working to achieve preferred partnership status
  • Achieve and overachieve quarterly sales goals
  • Accurately forecast and report monthly sales/close sales in the commercial pipeline
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, eager to work in a young, dynamic AdTech environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to take risks
  • Ability to work independently, autonomously and to deadlines
  • Native level of French or Dutch and English
