RTB House seeks a motivated mid-level full-cycle sales professional based in Milano, Italy. The role involves owning the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including outbound lead generation, high-volume outreach, booking and leading meetings, account mapping, pipeline management, and collaboration with internal teams. Candidates must have 2+ years of sales experience with outbound and cold calling success, ability to engage mid- to senior-level decision-makers, proficiency with CRM and sales tools, and strong communication skills in Italian and English. The position offers a salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 gross per year plus incentives, working with AI-powered AdTech products in a fast-growing company.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle — from outbound lead generation to closing new business
- Execute high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage decision-makers
