Full job description

Teads is seeking a Sales Manager for the French team to drive new business growth with agencies and direct brands. Responsibilities include identifying, pitching, and closing sales deals, prospecting, building client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, representing the brand, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting quarterly revenue targets. Candidates should have solid sales experience in adtech or online media, knowledge of digital advertising (performance, online video, display, CTV), experience with strategic clients, excellent communication skills, be strategic and self-driven, and fluent in French and English. The role offers hybrid work (2 days remote per week) and is based in Paris. What you'll do

  • Identify, pitch, and close sales deals with media agencies and direct brands
  • Prospection
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  • Collaborate and work closely with other departments (sales, account managers and CX, ad ops, publisher, design, finance and legal teams) to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally
  • Represent Teads and be a brand ambassador in the online advertising marketplace
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue
  • Responsible in hitting own quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • Solid sales experience within the adtech or online media industry
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, including performance, online video, display and CTV
  • Experience in winning and developing larger strategic clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic, solution-oriented and self-driven
  • Fluent in French and English
