Full job description

Seedtag is hiring a Sales Executive based in the Netherlands to build and grow relationships with independent media agencies and direct advertisers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, delivering tailored proposals, positioning contextual advertising solutions, managing account portfolios, collaborating with internal teams, and managing the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in sales, media, or digital/programmatic advertising, strong knowledge of the Dutch media landscape, commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with independent media agencies and direct clients in the Dutch market
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic account planning
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches aligned with client objectives and campaign goals
  • Position contextual advertising as a strategic solution within broader media plans
  • Manage and grow an account portfolio, identifying client structures and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, media, or digital/programmatic advertising
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch media and agency landscape
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into revenue opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
