Full job description

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the Global Retail Media Enablement team by delivering training, communications, content, and operational support for commercial teams. Responsibilities include planning and delivering global enablement programs, preparing meeting materials, maintaining calendars and trackers, assisting with participant management and onboarding, gathering training requests and feedback, building dashboards and presentations, managing enablement content, using AI tools like Dust for communication and workflow improvements, and assisting with expense tracking. The role requires a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, initial experience in operations or related areas, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with collaboration tools, data presentation skills, and enthusiasm for AI tools. What you'll do

  • Support planning and delivery of global enablement programs including training sessions, team meetings, stakeholder syncs, and onsite events across time zones
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials, capture notes, track action items, and follow through on next steps
  • Maintain enablement calendar and program trackers ensuring training, launches, deadlines, and milestones are visible and up to date
  • Assist with participant enrollment, communications, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-up; coordinate with external facilitators and vendors
  • Support onboarding for new commercial hires by coordinating sessions, tracking completion, and ensuring access to tools and resources
  • Gather and organize training requests and stakeholder feedback to maintain clear view of priorities and program status
  • Build and maintain trackers, charts, dashboards, and presentation materials covering participation, completion, certifications, engagement, and milestones
  • Distribute post-training surveys, summarize feedback into insights, and support recognition initiatives such as completion spotlights and leaderboards
  • Keep enablement content organized and current across Highspot, shared drives, and learning-management systems; format, upload, distribute, and audit resources
  • Use AI tools including Dust to draft communications, summarize meeting notes, create drafts, and improve workflows through automation and templates
  • Assist with tracking vendor invoices, event costs, subscriptions, and other enablement-related expenses

Requirements

  • Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field
  • Initial experience through an internship, student project, or extracurricular activity in operations, project coordination, sales, marketing, events, or communications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders at once
  • Clear and professional communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues across cultures and time zones
  • Confidence using collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
  • Comfortable turning data into clear trackers, charts, and presentations
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to learn about Sales Enablement, Retail Media, Commercial Operations, or Learning and Development
  • Enthusiastic about AI tools and practical ways to improve how teams work
