Equativ is seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to support demand-side success across APAC and MENA regions. The role involves managing the end-to-end proposal process for global demand-side opportunities, synthesizing complex technical information into clear narratives, identifying gaps in sales materials, developing response templates, acting as a subject matter expert during pitches, analyzing RFP win/loss data, owning sales marketing tools, optimizing sales processes, conducting review sessions with sellers and stakeholders, and exploring solutions to strengthen the Sales Enablement and Revenue organization. Requirements include 3-5 years of media-related experience, strong written communication skills, a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, proficiency in English, and a solid understanding of online advertising and programmatic technology.
