Full job description

Sales Effectiveness Analyst role to improve sales team productivity by simplifying tools, processes, and workflows, focusing on Salesforce adoption. Responsibilities include partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve sales cycle friction, driving tool adoption, creating enablement content, supporting rollout of new tools, acting as a point of contact for sellers, improving workflows and data quality, monitoring adoption and feedback, and building reports and analyses. Requires solid Salesforce experience, sales or client-facing background, process improvement skills, strong communication, and data reporting capabilities. What you'll do

  • Partner with Sales leaders and Revenue Operations to identify friction points in the sales cycle and improve processes, tools, and seller experience
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce and other sales tools by translating business needs into guidelines, workflows, training, and support
  • Document best practices, create enablement content, and contribute to onboarding and learning resources
  • Support rollout of new tools, features, and process changes through change management, user enablement, communications, and follow-up
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for sellers and managers to help them use tools and processes effectively
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and Enablement to improve workflows and data quality
  • Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to increase usability and ROI
  • Build reports and analyses to help teams understand adoption, process adherence, and key performance signals

Requirements

  • Solid experience working with Salesforce in a sales, sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or business analyst environment
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce
  • Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role, or close partnership with sales teams
  • Experience improving business processes and helping teams adopt new tools, workflows, or ways of working
  • Strong interest in sales productivity, sales processes, CRM excellence, and enablement
  • Ability to gather requirements, structure problems, and turn feedback into actionable recommendations and solutions
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and dashboards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
