Teads is hiring a Sales Director in Los Angeles to drive growth across WPP agencies and brand-direct clients. The role involves managing the full commercial lifecycle, building relationships within WPP agencies, educating clients on Teads' CTV, OLV, display, and programmatic advertising solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns. Candidates should have 7-10 years of digital media sales experience, strong WPP agency network, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach. The position offers a hybrid work model, a salary range of $290,000 to $340,000 annually including on target earnings, and benefits including mentorship, leadership development, and global exposure.
