Full job description

Digital Turbine seeks a Sales Director for Singapore & Malaysia to drive adoption of mobile advertising solutions. The role requires 10+ years in digital advertising sales, with 5+ years in Mobile Ad-Tech or Programmatic. Responsibilities include exceeding revenue targets, securing agency partnerships, positioning the company competitively against walled gardens, educating clients on brand and performance advertising, collaborating with programmatic partners and internal teams, and providing market intelligence. Candidates must have a strong local network, deep mobile ad-tech knowledge, programmatic fluency, and excellent communication skills. Preference given to Singapore Citizens and PRs. The role is hybrid and based in Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for Singapore & Malaysia across managed and programmatic channels
  • Secure and scale 'Always On' agreements and preferred partnerships with Agency Holding Companies regionally and locally
  • Position Digital Turbine as a critical component of brand mobile strategies highlighting premium in-app inventory
  • Competitively position Digital Turbine against walled gardens and similar competitors emphasizing premium reach, transparency, and performance
  • Educate clients on using supply for brand awareness (video/display) and performance-driven objectives
  • Work closely with programmatic trading desks and DSP partners to prioritize Digital Turbine supply
  • Partner with AdOps, Account Management, and Creative Lab teams to ensure campaign excellence and client retention
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to Product and Leadership teams on local trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales
  • At least 5 years specifically within Mobile Ad-Tech or Programmatic
  • Extensive network of decision-makers within Singapore and Malaysia Agency Business Units and Brand Marketers
  • Deep understanding of the mobile landscape including SDK integrations, attribution (MMPs), brand measurement standards, and audience addressability
  • Intimate familiarity with walled gardens and ability to articulate diversification benefits
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, Header Bidding)
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit able to work independently and collaborate globally
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, able to simplify complex ad-tech concepts for C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the local market, preference for Singapore Citizens and PRs
