Pixalate is seeking a Sales Director with 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in the ad tech industry. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, meeting quarterly targets, and developing expertise in ad tech, compliance, and fraud protection. Candidates should have experience selling to technical and product stakeholders, navigating complex sales cycles, and a proven track record of closing large deals. Responsibilities include building client relationships, identifying strategic partnerships, contributing market insights, and collaborating cross-functionally. What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly new business targets
  • Develop deep expertise in ad tech, industry compliance, fraud protection, and clients' business challenges
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, articulating Pixalate's value proposition
  • Sell solutions that create genuine, mutual value
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities including complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy by sharing market intelligence and field insights with leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Data Science, Ad Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within the ad tech industry
  • Strong working knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem
  • Experience selling to technical and product stakeholders (CTOs, Product Managers, Ad Ops leads, Data Science teams)
  • Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Familiarity with ad fraud, brand safety, privacy compliance (COPPA, GDPR), or measurement/attribution is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding targets, including experience closing 5–7 figure deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high degree of ownership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
