Full job description

Sales Director role at Pixalate requiring 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in ad tech. Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, meeting quarterly targets, developing expertise in ad tech and compliance, acting as trusted advisor, selling solutions, pursuing strategic partnerships, contributing to go-to-market strategy, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requirements include strong knowledge of ad tech ecosystem, experience selling to technical/product stakeholders, familiarity with ad fraud and privacy compliance, proven track record of closing large deals, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and self-motivation. What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly new business targets
  • Develop deep expertise in ad tech, industry compliance, fraud protection, and clients' business challenges
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, articulating Pixalate's value proposition
  • Sell solutions that create genuine, mutual value
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities including complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy by sharing market intelligence and field insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Data Science, Ad Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within the ad tech industry
  • Strong working knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem
  • Experience selling to technical and product stakeholders (CTOs, Product Managers, Ad Ops leads, Data Science teams)
  • Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Familiarity with ad fraud, brand safety, privacy compliance (COPPA, GDPR), or measurement/attribution is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding targets, including experience closing 5–7 figure deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high degree of ownership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
