Full job description
Teads seeks a Sales Director in New York to drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key independent agency partners across the East Coast. The role involves expanding partnerships with digital agencies and advertisers, identifying new revenue opportunities, and delivering advertising solutions across video, CTV, programmatic, and data-driven offerings. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building senior client relationships, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams for campaign execution. Candidates should have 4-6+ years in digital media, ad tech, or advertising sales, a proven record of revenue growth, deep knowledge of programmatic and digital advertising ecosystems, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Salary range is $200,000 to $275,000 annually with benefits and hybrid work arrangement.
What you'll do
- Drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with key independent agencies in New York and the U.S. East market
- Build and deepen partnerships with senior decision-makers to influence investment strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through new business development and growth of existing strategic accounts
- Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing complex deals
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by bringing strategic insights across digital video, CTV, programmatic, data, and measurement
- Partner closely with internal teams including Studio, Account Management, Insights, and Media Strategy to deliver best-in-class campaign execution
- Represent Teads in the New York advertising marketplace and actively participate in industry events and client engagements
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or advertising sales
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through agency and brand partnerships
- Extensive experience breaking into and expanding agency partnerships
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic, video, and CTV
- Experience selling advertising technology platforms or advanced media solutions preferred
- Experience working at a DSP, SSP, publisher, or ad tech company
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven performance meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar revenue quotas through complex, consultative enterprise sales
