Full job description

Digital Turbine seeks a Sales Director to build and close new business with major app platforms in Asia Pacific. Responsibilities include upselling user acquisition campaigns, prospecting via email and phone, crafting strategic proposals, becoming a trusted advisor, positioning Digital Turbine as a key advertising channel, accurate forecasting, and building internal relationships. Candidates must have 6+ years of sales experience with proven pipeline development and quota achievement, strong knowledge of mobile advertising and apps, experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Seismic), and ability to sell into large organizations. The role is hybrid and based in Beijing, China. English resumes only.

What you'll do

  • Build a pipeline and close new business with the largest app platforms in the Asia Pacific region
  • Upsell new user acquisition campaigns and products to drive broader adoption
  • Deliver high-quality prospecting through email and phone outreach
  • Craft proposals showcasing analytical rigor and strategic sales abilities
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, building relationships across their organization
  • Strategically sell and position Digital Turbine as a foundational advertising channel
  • Show consistent and accurate forecasting when presenting new business opportunities to executive leadership
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of pipeline development and meeting sales quotas
  • Self-starter with energy and drive
  • Deep understanding of Digital Turbine solutions and client business
  • Disciplined and organized pipeline management
  • Solid knowledge of the mobile ecosystem including mobile applications, advertising, and measurement
  • Learner mindset with demonstrated skill development
  • Comfortable selling into large matrixed organizations
  • Existing network or industry experience in Adtech or mobile apps preferred
  • Brand advertisement experience is a plus
  • Works well in a team and fast-paced environment
