Seeking a Sales Director to join the Revenue & Operations team in New York. The role involves winning profitable new business across medium and large advertisers, agencies, and publishers. Responsibilities include prospecting leads, executing new-business strategies, managing complex sales processes, translating client needs into Adform solutions, differentiating Adform through market insights, negotiating agreements, maintaining Salesforce records, and ensuring smooth handovers to Account Management. Requirements include 10+ years sales experience with 5+ years in advertising technology or media, strong financial acumen, proficiency in Salesforce, proven sales success, public speaking skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
