Sales Director role based in Madrid, Spain reporting to Group Agency Director in London. Lead MiQ’s agency growth in Spain through new business development, senior relationship building, and commercial leadership. Responsibilities include driving commercial growth with clear strategy, stakeholder mapping, opportunity conversion, and end-to-end commercial management. Build strong agency relationships, shape go-to-market narrative, support market materials, and represent MiQ externally. Deliver operational rigour with pipeline management, forecasting, and cross-team collaboration. Contribute to hiring and market insights for long-term growth. Requirements include substantial experience in digital, data, analytics or programmatic sales, strong omnichannel monetisation knowledge, senior partnership building, strategic mindset, presentation skills, autonomous working style, collaborative leadership, AI curiosity, fluency in Spanish and English, and growth-oriented mindset.
