Full job description

Adsmurai is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for LATAM to generate new business opportunities in key markets. The candidate should have over 6 months experience in commercial prospecting using LinkedIn, email, and cold calls, be motivated to identify and contact potential clients, and interested in sales and business development. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients in LATAM, executing outbound strategies, maintaining a qualified sales pipeline, managing CRM updates, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and supporting commercial cycles. The role offers a permanent contract, hybrid work model with 3 days home office, intensive Fridays and December-January, vacation days, birthday day off, training and career growth, team activities, English classes, gym agreements, connectivity subsidy, and private health insurance after six months.

What you'll do

  • Identify and actively prospect new potential clients in LATAM (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru)
  • Execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, calls and other prospecting sources
  • Generate and maintain a constant pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team
  • Review, qualify and prioritize inbound leads based on potential, profile and alignment with Adsmurai services
  • Manage and keep CRM updated with lead follow-up, interactions and next steps
  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial Managers and Sales Managers to optimize lead conversion
  • Provide market insights and lead quality feedback to strengthen acquisition strategies
  • Support commercial cycles for small clients and scaling opportunities

Requirements

  • More than 6 months of experience in commercial prospecting (LinkedIn, email, cold calls)
  • Motivated to identify, contact and generate new commercial opportunities
  • Interest in sales, outbound prospecting and business development
  • Enjoy researching markets, detecting potential clients and opening strategic conversations
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, email and calls to generate pipeline
  • Organized, analytical and constant follow-up on opportunities
  • Interest in developing a commercial career with regional projection
  • Good communication, persuasion and relationship skills
