Adsmurai seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation to support sales pipeline growth. Responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, managing prospect lists, executing sales cadences, following up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns, coordinating with Marketing and Account Executives, updating CRM (Hubspot), analyzing conversion metrics, and using automation and AI tools. Requirements: 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, digital marketing or adtech; experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling; strong communication and organizational skills; native/bilingual Spanish and professional English; familiarity with CRM and outreach platforms. Preferred experience in SaaS, adtech, digital marketing channels, commercial metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
