Full job description

Adsmurai seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation to support sales pipeline growth. Responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, managing prospect lists, executing sales cadences, following up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns, coordinating with Marketing and Account Executives, updating CRM (Hubspot), analyzing conversion metrics, and using automation and AI tools. Requirements: 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, digital marketing or adtech; experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling; strong communication and organizational skills; native/bilingual Spanish and professional English; familiarity with CRM and outreach platforms. Preferred experience in SaaS, adtech, digital marketing channels, commercial metrics, and cross-functional collaboration. What you'll do

  • Outbound prospecting via calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Building and managing prospect and target account lists
  • Executing sales cadences to generate discovery meetings
  • Following up on inbound leads, marketing campaigns and events
  • Qualifying leads and generating sales opportunities
  • Coordinating with Marketing and Account Executives teams
  • Managing and updating sales activity in CRM (Hubspot)
  • Analyzing conversion metrics and continuously optimizing processes
  • Using automation, outreach and AI tools applied to sales
  • Identifying opportunities to improve prospecting and pipeline processes

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing or adtech/agency environments
  • Experience or comfort with outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Strong communication skills and results orientation
  • Good organization and follow-up of commercial processes
  • Native or bilingual Spanish and professional English
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and outreach platforms
  • Preferred: experience in SaaS, adtech or tech companies
  • Preferred: knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid social, paid search, media)
  • Preferred: experience working with commercial and marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, conversions)
  • Preferred: experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Customer Success or Product
  • Preferred: interest in automation and AI applied to sales
