Full job description

Nexxen is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Tel Aviv office. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle including prospecting, closing, implementation, and relationship management. Responsibilities include building long-term partnerships with key personnel at publisher houses, creating a sales pipeline, achieving revenue goals, and collaborating cross-functionally to identify supply requirements and opportunities. Candidates should have up to 2 years of experience in business development or sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of the Ad Tech space (advantageous), ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a fast learner, fluent in English, and possess analytical skills to solve problems and report on data.

What you'll do

  • Driving all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, closing, implementing and relationship management
  • Creating long term partnerships and strong relationships with key personnel at publisher houses
  • Creating your pipeline using lead search
  • Responsible for achieving challenging revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams/stakeholders cross functionally to identify supply requirements and opportunities

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales – Advantage
  • Strong sales capabilities - exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledgeable of the Ad Tech space - an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast and dynamic environment
  • Fast learner
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking) – Must. Other languages - advantage
  • Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions and analyse and report upon data
