Full job description
Account Executive role in Berlin, Germany with a hybrid schedule (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday to Thursday in-office). The role involves managing and building client relationships in programmatic advertising, supporting agency sales, client outreach, presenting, revenue reporting, and deal optimization. Responsibilities include understanding programmatic advertising, customer service, campaign coordination, data analysis, revenue growth, and contributing to product development. Requirements include native German and professional English, proactive mindset, attention to detail, strong numerical, analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills, communication and presentation skills, client relationship building, sales motivation, adaptability, problem solving, organizational skills, ambition, and energy. What you'll do
- Build a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising industry
- Provide end-to-end customer service / account management for client needs
- Deliver outstanding brief responses to clients
- Coordinate with internal groups to launch new campaigns and troubleshoot existing campaigns
- Analyse advertising data and effectively communicate problem solutions to Ad Agencies, Trading Desks, Ad Networks and Brand Advertisers
- Maximise the value of existing campaigns and deals
- Help drive revenue across all programmatic advertising formats
- Contribute to internal organisation and product development planning
- Be positive-minded, proactive and eager to start a career in programmatic advertising
Requirements
- Native German speaker with professional working proficiency in English
