Experience with Hilan systems, NetSuite, Oracle HRIS, and applying AI or automation in payroll is a plus. Fluent English is advantageous.

Requirements
3 years of hands-on payroll experience from a large scale global company (preferably 700+ employees)
Proven end-to-end payroll expertise, including calculations, benefits, deductions, reporting, and compliance
Solid understanding of payroll regulations and statutory reporting; ability to quickly learn and apply local labor and tax requirements (Israeli payroll knowledge is a strong advantage)
Ability to manage high volume, tight deadlines, and frequent changes with high accuracy
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, external providers)
High attention to detail, ownership, discretion, and integrity
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, xlookups, reconciliations, data validation) and ability to analyze large datasets
Strong curiosity for technology and automation, with a genuine interest in applying AI tools to payroll operations and reporting
Fluent English (written and spoken) - an advantage
