Full job description
Tatari seeks a senior Revenue Operations professional with 5+ years experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in high-growth SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or startups. The role involves building pipeline analytics, forecasting infrastructure, financial models, dashboards, and metrics frameworks to support sales performance and GTM planning. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales leadership to optimize deal execution and workflows, deploying AI-driven automation tools, and establishing scalable sales operations processes. Required skills include advanced SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM, Tableau, and use of AI tools for automation. Strong communication skills to present insights to senior leadership are essential. The position is full-time, hybrid (2 days in office), based in San Francisco, CA. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 plus equity and benefits.
What you'll do
- Design and own pipeline analytics and forecasting infrastructure including weekly reporting on pipeline velocity, stage conversion, and rep productivity
- Build financial models assessing sales performance, pipeline coverage ratios, and growth levers
- Develop dashboards and define metrics framework for GTM planning and resource allocation
- Collaborate with sales leaders to improve deal execution, workflows, sequencing strategies, and process improvements
- Evaluate and deploy AI-driven automation and tooling to increase team speed
- Lay groundwork for scalable sales operations function with a player-coach mindset
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or comparable analytical role
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or startup environments
- Building financial models, forecasting frameworks, and performance dashboards from scratch
- Analyzing pipeline health, revenue trends, and conversion dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, CRM platforms (HubSpot), and BI tools (Tableau)
- Self-directed operator with full ownership of projects end-to-end
- Experience using AI tools to automate research, outreach, and reporting
- Clear, confident communication skills including presenting insights to senior leadership
