Full job description
Tatari seeks a senior Revenue Operations professional to build the analytical foundation and operational backbone of the revenue organization. Responsibilities include designing pipeline analytics and forecasting infrastructure, building financial models and dashboards, collaborating with sales leadership to improve deal execution, deploying AI-driven automation, and establishing scalable sales operations. Requires 5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations in high-growth SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or startups, proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM, Tableau, and active use of AI tools. Strong communication skills and ownership mindset essential. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 with equity and benefits. Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA.
What you'll do
- Design and own pipeline analytics and forecasting infrastructure including weekly reporting on pipeline velocity, stage conversion, and rep productivity
- Build financial models assessing sales performance, pipeline coverage ratios, and growth levers across the business
- Develop dashboards and define metrics framework for GTM planning and resource allocation
- Collaborate with sales leaders to improve deal execution by streamlining workflows, refining sequencing strategies, surfacing bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements
- Evaluate and deploy AI-driven automation and tooling to increase team speed
- Lay groundwork for scalable sales operations function, operating with a player-coach mindset as organization grows
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable analytical role, ideally within high-growth SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or startup environments
- Track record of building financial models, forecasting frameworks, and performance dashboards from scratch
- Deep experience analyzing pipeline health, revenue trends, and conversion dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, CRM platforms (HubSpot), and BI tools such as Tableau
- Self-directed operator who takes full ownership of projects end-to-end, pays attention to details, and is energized by standing up new systems and processes
- Active use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Clay) to automate research, outreach, and reporting
- Clear, confident communication skills including ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
