Full-time Revenue Operations Business Partner role based in Sao Paulo with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities include managing business performance, planning processes, pipeline analysis, advanced data analysis, presentation development, and project management. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Data Analytics, Consulting, or Financial Planning, strong business acumen, presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. What you'll do
- Partner with the VP for Agency US business to deliver on growth targets
- Partner with the SVP of Global Agency to accelerate growth through Agencies
- Own business performance for assigned scope, monitoring financial trends
- Manage Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Planning processes and report local challenges
- Build business plans to support key initiatives and investment cases aligned with company strategy
- Run pipeline meetings, analyze market opportunity, and strategize pipeline
- Perform advanced analyses under tight deadlines to drive recommendations supporting Retail Media growth
- Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior staff across multiple functions
- Contribute to compensation strategy
- Develop strong project management skills to support company growth and organizational changes
- Act as trusted advisor driving business planning and strategy including forecasting, growth opportunity sizing, segmentation, productivity, and coverage model
- Champion AI adoption within Revenue Operations to identify, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions and best practices
- Build strong business partnering relationships beyond the team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in Sales Ops, Sales Strategy, Data Analytics, Consulting, or Financial planning with increasing responsibilities
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering
- Ability to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations, ideally with some usage of AI
- Fluent English
- Analytical, highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic
- Ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
